Thank you for shopping at TinyTickles! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to assist with a clear and simple return and refund process.


1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    You may return unused items within 5 business days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items, like personalized products or gift cards, are not eligible for return.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact our support team at tinyticklesofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
    2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number if your return is approved.
    3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.


2. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product (following the process above) and place a new order for your preferred item.


3. Refunds

  • Refund Process:
    After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds:
    If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds:
    In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items returned after 5 business days or not in their original condition.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt at tinyticklesofficial@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order enters processing and can no longer be canceled.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us at tinyticklesofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible.
